About

Remember Who You Are.
Reconnect With Yourself.
Return to What Matters

Welcome. I’m Alicia Hamze, founder of 411 Gratitude.

Let’s start with a conversation.

I believe there are moments in our lives when we don’t need another strategy for becoming better, doing more, or fixing what’s wrong.

Sometimes, we simply need to come back to ourselves.

That’s the heart of 411 Gratitude.

Reconnect Instead of Fix

So much of personal growth begins with the assumption that something about us needs to change.

I believe there is another place to begin.

What if you aren’t something to be fixed?

What if the clarity, wisdom and sense of direction you’re searching for become easier to hear when you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember what truly matter to you?

Life has a way of moving quickly. We fulfill roles, meet expectations, care for others, build careers and families, navigate challenges, and move from one responsibility to the next.

And somewhere along the way, we can lose connection with ourselves.

411 Gratitude was created as a space to find that connection again.

Gratitude Is Where We Begin

Gratitude has transformed the way I experience my own life, but I’ve come to understand that gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is wonderful.

It’s about being present enough to notice what is here.

It creates space between the noise in life and our inner knowing.

From that space can come greater clarity, peace, perspective and possibility.

This understanding became theh foundation for my work and ultimately inspired The Grounded Gratitude Method–an approach to gratitude that isn’t about escaping difficult experiences or forcing positivity, but about become more present within our lives.

The Work I Do

As an author, coach, teacher and speaker, I create experiences and resources that help people reconnect with themselves and intentionally explore what comes next.

You may find yourself here because you’re”

– navigating a life or career transition
– wondering what you want the next chapter of your life to look like
– feeling disconnected from yourself or what once brought you joy
– searching for greater meaning, clarity or purpose
– ready to move beyond old beliefs or patterns
– sensing that something within you is asking to grow
– simply curious about what might be possible

You don’t have to arrive with all the answers.

Sometimes the most important beginning is simply becoming curious enough to ask the questions.

Remember. Reconnect. Return.

These three words have become an expression of what I hope people experience through 411 Gratitude.

Remember who you are beneath the roles, expectations and stories you’ve accumulated.

Reconnect with your values, inner wisdom, gratitude, intuition and things that make you feel most alive.

Return to your life with greater intention–making choices and taking inspired action from a place that feels authentically yours.

My role isn’t to tell you who you should become.

It’s to create the space, questions, practices and encouragement that help you hear more clearly who you already are–and decide what you want to do with that knowing.

There is no single doorway into this work. You may discover 411 Gratitude through coaching, a book, a course, a workshop, a conversation or something you read at exactly the moment you needed it.

Whenever you begin, my home is the same:

That you leave feeling a little more connected with yourself than when you arrived.

Remember. Reconnect. Return.

Welcome to 411 Gratitude.
