Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom-made for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

30-Day Warranty for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, or the wrong product/design, you have 30 days from delivery to request a replacement or refund. To file a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or alignment
  • Minor differences between screen display and printed product
  • Sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

  • Gifts sent directly to you: You will receive a gift credit for the return.
  • Gifts shipped to the gift giver: Refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are fulfilled by a third-party carrier after production is complete.
  • Delivery estimates at checkout are not guaranteed.

Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

  • If tracking shows your package as lost, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If tracking shows delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.

Porch Theft & Responsibility

  • Once marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
  • Consider secure delivery options or alternate addresses to prevent loss.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to address errors.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and photos if applicable.
  2. Ship items to [physical address]. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are not in original condition
  • Items are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns are submitted after 30 days
